Risa Anderson

Risa has always loved to stay active. Growing up she loved running for the track team and playing tennis. Looking for something a little more kind to her joints, she began taking Barre classes. She took her first class with Tina in January of 2019 and fell in love with the intensity and attention to form first!

As a recent college grad, she was looking for ways to still learn and challenge her herself, and found instructing Barre does just that. Risa loves learning from other instructors at the studio, finding new ways to “Shake” and pushing those in class to be their best! Risa attributes her overall physical and mental wellness to Barre – and lives helping others do the same!

Outside of the studio, you can find Risa cycling, spending time with her friends and family, or reading a good book!
