At Balanced Barre, form and alignment are key in all of our classes & our method. If you are not in proper form, you are not doing the exercise correctly, which makes it easy. So, when people say our classes are hard, they are correct! We make sure you are working the proper muscles in the correct way (form first) and we want to make sure you are getting the best workout possible. All of our instructors are certified in barre and have gone through extensive training with Tina Dunlap, a former Master Trainer for the BarreAmped Method and completed hours of practice teacing & co-teaching. What does that mean for you? Your classes will be safe, effective & you will see the results

Class Descriptions


This is an extreme fitness method founded on the technique of dance, the mind body aspect of yoga, and the precision and core integration of Pilates. Barre produces lengthening and chiseling results fast using small isolated holds with tiny movements and tremendous mental connection. Expect an extreme challenge and prepare to leave feeling calmly energized with this hands on personal group training session. Our Barre class is a great place to start class if you are a new to Balanced Barre!

Follows the same format as our Barre class, however Barre Advanced will challenge you with longer holds, deeper positions, quicker transitions & advanced moves. Barre Advanced is not suitable for beginners.

A total body workout that fuses rebounding, cardio, barre, strength training, & pilates, followed by deep stretching. Spend class bouncing on a Jumpsport Fitness Trampoline for a high-cardio, low-impact total body, workout that protects your joints and increases lymphatic flow.
